At Cuggy, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and satisfying. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. If that happens, we’re here to help with our general return and exchange process.
General Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please email us at info@cuggy.com with your order number. Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps with helpful and professional assistance.
Step 2: Send Your Item Back
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return/exchange address. Please ship the item back within 7 days of receiving this information, following the instructions we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can only issue a refund or exchange after receiving the returned item.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Step 3: Refund or Exchange Processing
After we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item within 3–5 business days. If it meets our return criteria, we’ll issue a refund or send your replacement.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent directly to the delivery address or local post office without prior notice will not be accepted.

Refunds or exchanges are only available for items that fall within our Return/Exchange Policy.

Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We’re committed to delivering high-quality products, and we’ll gladly process returns for defective items. However, the following do not qualify for return or exchange:

Items with sizing issues

Change of mind

Damage due to use, washing, self-repair, or any human intervention
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept or refund items that appear altered or used.
Please note: Replacement items sent as part of an exchange are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Delivery Issues
Cuggy is not responsible for failed delivery attempts due to customer error, including (but not limited to):

Refused delivery

Incorrect/incomplete address

Wrong contact number or recipient name
We cannot provide refunds in such cases. If you realize any information on your order is incorrect, please contact us at info@cuggy.com with your order number and updated details as soon as possible.
Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please do not return items to the sender’s address listed on the package. Contact us at info@cuggy.com to receive the correct return address.
