2) Order Processing Time

We’re excited to get your order to you! Processing takes 3–5 business days. During this time, we perform quality checks, pack your items, print shipping labels, and pass them to our courier. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details to follow its journey and delivery updates.

Handmade Items
Because we prioritize quality and use fresh materials, handmade products may take up to 2 weeks for production and preparation before shipping.
Order Cancellations
We cannot cancel an order once it enters processing. If you'd like to cancel, please email info@cuggy.com within 5 hours of placing your order. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed, but feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
